DEFIANT NATIONALISTS. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. "The Times" Service. (Rec. Sept. 5, 1.55) CAIRO, Sept. 4. " Beports from all sides indicate an increase in the revolutionary spirit. The latest evidence was the attempt to assassinate the Premier. The Nationalists are collecting funds with the greatest energy. The Zagoul mission, despite official warnings, boast that they will soon raise the £1,000,000 for propaganda work in Europe, America and elsewhere. The Premier's assailant was Elsey Dali Mohmoomed, a theological student. The bomb, which was concealed in a basket of'grapes, struck the closed window of the Premier's motor car and fell harmless to the ground. Elsey* made no attempt to escape.
