MILITARY APPEALS.
Press Association. DUNEDIN, November 20. The Military Appeal Board for Otago sat to-day at Milton. Seven appeals were set down for hearing. The first appeal, that of John Hamilton, was allowed, as a mistake had been made. The appellant was not in the first division, having been married 10 years. Alexander Loekhart appealed on the ground of not being in the first division, having been born in 18(i8. The appeal was allowed. Thomas Brownlie Loekhart, brother of the preceding appellant, appealed on the ground that as he had no brothers in the first division he did not come within the provisions of clause ,''.s. The appeal was allowed.
