~ ■,»■■-. ~ OFFICERS' ARRIVING. Press Association. DUNEDIN, November 24. Messrs F. J. Gillies and 0. P. de la Motte, who have been appointed chief engineer and chief officer respectively of the Aurora, arrived by the Palooua. Both served on the Aurora throughout the whole period of the Australasian Antarctic Expedition of 1911-14 under Sir Douglas Mawson, and have been lent to the Aurora Relief Expedition from the Australian Transport Service. Mr T. M. Ryan has been appointed wireless officer. The Commonwealth is lending other officers, who will join the ship shortly. The balance of the officers and crew will be obtained in New Zealand.
