THE RECTOR'S WIFE.
HER GERMAN RELATIONS. NEWSPAPER OUTCRY IN ENGLAND. (Eeeeived December 4, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, December 3. There is a newspaper outcry against the Hon. H. J. Tennant's admission in the House of Commons that Mrs Savile, who is of German birth and the wife of a rector of an East Coast parish, is employed by the War Office. Notice of further questions has been given. The lady is the cousin of General Bothmer, the„ German Commander in the Strypa region. It is also reported that Grand Admiral von Tirpitz's son was the Savile's guest prior to the war.
