GERMANS TAKE PRISONERS. SERBS AT MONASTIR ON DECEMBER 1. AMSTERDAM, December 2. A German communique claims the capture of 4000 Serbians south-west of Mitrovitza. PARIS, December 3. An official communique says: "The Serbians were still ocupying Monastir on December 1." BULGARIANS ACTIVE. ON THE WAY TO MONASTIR. PARIS, December 3. . The "Temps" says the Bulgarians iiave crossed the Upper Tcherna and taken possession of all bridges and roads leading to Monastir. The Bulgarians are constituting a new army in the Struma Valley. IN MONTENEGRO. AUSTRIANS OCCUPY PLEVLIE. AMSTERDAM, December 3. An Austrian communique says: "We marched into Plevlie, after a stubborn battle."
