TO CHEAPEN ADMINISTRATION:. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. LONDON, June 10. The House oi Commons read a second time a Bill to amend the Insurance Aet, dealing with unemployment. The policy of the Act is unchanged., The amendment is directed towards cheapening the administration, in the tope that such will bring more trades and callings under its scope. The critics of the measure urged a Bill to relieve the Treasury alone.
