INTERESTING FIND NEAR BLENHEIM COMMEMORATIVE MEDAL Press Association • BLENHEIM, Today. An interesting find at Wairau Bar, on the site of an extensive old Maori pa, is reported by Mr. Charles Woolf, j nephew of the Harbour Board pilot, ! Captain Vendore. It consists of a | medallion struck to commemorate the | departure from England in 1772 of Captain Cook’s ships Resolution and ! Adv enture.
