TIGHTENING UP LAW
POLICE OFFENCES STATUTES IN VICTORIA NO COURT PHOTOGRAPHS Reed. 11 a.m. MELBOURNE, Today. The Victorian Government is tightening the police offences statutes. A Bill is now before Parliament to prohibit fraudulent advertisements, betting in streets and hotels, and taking sketches or photographs of judges, barristers, accused persons, or witnesses in judicial proceedings.
