GIFT AFTERNOON
FOR MOUNT ALBERT METHODIST BAZAAR | A most enjoyable gift afternoon was j given on Wednesday last at the resi- ' dence of Air. W. J. Holdsworth, Aloun- j : tain Road, Alount Albert, by Alesdames ; ■ Holdsworth, Bodley and Crowe. The jolly gathering was held in connection , , with the forthcoming Alount Albert j Alethodist bazaar, and proved a great ; success, there being a large number i present. Items were given by the following and were appreciatively received: — j Songs, Alesdames Crocker, CrothalL J Bellam and Leadbeater: recitations, 1 j Airs. T. A. Holdsworth and Aliss j Yorke: pianoforte solo. Miss York 1 . An . interesting competition was won by Alesdames Foster and Turley.
