REMOVAL FROM ROLLS
ORDER AGAINST SOLICITOR Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. Mr. Justice Adams today made an order nisi calling on John Black Batchelor, solicitor, to show cause within 14 days why he should not be struck off the roll. The order was made on an application of the Canterbury Law Society. If cause is not shown, the case will be removed to the Court of Appeal, where the New Zealand Law Society will apply to have the order made absolute.
