TOUR OF CANADA
PARLIAMENTARY DELEGATE RETURNS (Special to THE SUN) WELLINGTON. Monday. The Hon. W. Nosworthy returned from Canada to-day by the Makura with the other New Zealand delegates, Hon. J. B. Gow and Messrs. T. W. Rhodes and W. J. Jordan. He took part In the tour under the auspices of the Empire Parliamentary Association. There were 50 delegates in the party, representing all the Partfements of the Empire, and nearly all political parties. Almost all Canada was visited, and conferences held at the chief centres The party had met almost ail the leading Parliamentarians and business men in the principal centres, and had obtained a wonderful insight into the vast resources of the large Dominion The people were found to be optt mistic, but needing capital and population to develop the country. Immigrants are mainly foreigners, although British are encouraged.
