AIRMEN AT LAW.—The action brought by Lieutenant Keith Anderson against Squadron-Leader Kingsford Smith and Flight Lieutenant Ulm, for a share of the profits from their Pacific flight, was again mentioned in the Equity Court yesterday. The parties agreed to let the application stand over until Tuesday, the interim injunction on the funds by consent to continue until that date.
