MISSIONER RESIGNS
METHODISTS IN FIJI DIFFERENCE WITH HEADQUARTERS (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) Reed. 10.55 a.m. SUVA, To-day. The Rev. Mr. Macdonald, chairman of the Methodist Mission in Fiji, has resigned provisionally, owing to a difference with the policy of the Australian headquarters. It is rumoured that the dispute may be amicably settled. The Methodist Commission will come to Fiji from Sydney in August, on general mission affairs.
