FAMILY’S NARROW ESCAPE
FIRE AT PALMERSTON NORTH Pi-ess Association. PALMERSTON N., To-day. A five-roomed house in Boundai’y Road East, outside the borough boundary, was destroyed by fire this morning. The occupants, Air. and Mrs. Morgan. and their family, were awakened by smoke at five o'clock, and barely had time to escape. Little of value was saved. The outbuildings were prevented from destruction by the use of the house
