ZIONIST APPEAL
£2,400 IN ONE NIGHT An eloquent appeal by Dr. Alexander Goldstein, the Zionist Missioner, resulted in a meeting at the Jewish Club in Auckland last night subscribing no less a sum than £2,400. Mr. David L. Nathan presided. Other speakers were Mr. Nathan Phillips and Mr. Charles I. Nathan. Dr. Goldstein will speak at Scots Hall to-morrow night. “Palestine and Zionism” is the title of his address.
