PARNELL ACCIDENT
GIRL KNOCKED DOWN Through being knocked down by a motor-car in Parnell Road at 4 p.m. yesterday, Kathleen Purkis, aged seven years, of 9 Gibraltar Crescent. Parnell, was severely injured about the head. She was taken to hospital by the St. John Ambulance suffering from a slight fracture of the skull and a deep scalp wound, and is in a rather serious condition. She was operated on yesterday evening.
