RINGING-IN CHARGE MCCARTHY AGAIN REMANDED Walter McCarthy, aged 36, charged wxth conspiring to defraud Australian trotting clubs of large sums of money between January 1, 1926, and June 6 1927, appeared at the Police Court this morning.
