GOLF AT ROTORUA
OPENING OF SEASON (From Our Own Correspondent.) ROTORUA, To-day. On Saturday the official opening of the golf season commences. Special pi-epai-ations are being made for the opening day and besides local club members a number of visitors are expected to be present. The course is in admirable oi'der and though it is slowing down with the onset of winter through and on the greens the ball runs true. All the “roughs” where a Vjall could be lost have been eliminated and no time has to be spent looking for the “lost ball.”
