Dr. Ramon Grau Sau Martin, a former university professor, has been named President of Cuba by members of the Junta which last week took over the Government from Dr. Carles de Ceapedes.
Three hundred Cuban army officers ousted by the troops on Monday were held virtual prisoners last night in the Hotel National, diverting attention frcm the attempts cf the executive commission to select the new President. Machine-guns were trained on the building.
