Camp in Stratford TOKO GAINS MOST POINTS The boys in camp at the scout camp j in King Edward Park are living a thoroughly enjoyable life. Yesterday l afternoon the boys took part in a j sports programme, and the Toko troop ] emerged the winners with a total of j <*6 points, Stratford being next with 43. Hawera gained 13, Patea 9 and j Waverley 4. j A nu'mber of spectators thoroughly ] enjoyed the afternoon, fine weather prevailing and the keenness with j which the competitors took part testified to their thorough pleasure. Scout- j master Lay, of the Hawera troop,! controlled the programme and Mr. W. j H. Humphrey was official starter.
