BIBLE CLASS UNION

At Ihe monthly meeting of the Taranaki district committee of the Presbyterian Bible Class Union, held in St. Andrew's Church, Stratford, Mr. W. Wickham presided. Reports from the New Plymouth senior, intermediate and junior and Ingle wood classes were received. The secretary reported that affiliation forms had been received from the Normanby and Awatuna classes and had been forwarded to the executive council. It was decided to congratulate those classes on the step they had taken in joining the union.

The contributions to missions would fall short by about £2O of the districts' levy, stated the secretary. The levy for the coming year was approximately £72. It was decided to stress .at the Labour' Day rally the importance of regular giving to missions.
