COURT MARTIAL OPENS DEATH SENTENCES DE HAND ED JACA, March M. The 'court-martial opened at Hnesca of 77 military prisoners, including five officers, concerned in the Republican rising of last year. General Franco, brother of tlie exiled Major, is a member of the court. The reading of the indictment of over 2000 pages is expected to occupy three’days. Death sentences are being demanded for the five officers and’ life imprisonment for 00 men.
