The judgment held that the Magistrate had reasonable ground 1 for the -■action lie took in going to appellants house to hear the complaint; also that Hazlctt had a fair and reasonable opportunity of being heard. The appeal was dismissed with costs. Application for conditional leave to appeal to the Privy Council was acU journed for argument.
