REPORT OF EXPERIMENT.

However, we can say that th e benefits are, even distribution of temperature in the room, even distribution over tne period of school hours.' This latter can he improved by the heating being allowed to come on again at noon until •2" "p.m. and reducing the hours that it is en during th e night. No system of heating obviate the rapid lowering of room temperature when windows on the south and west are thrown open. • The committee passed a resolution approving of the change recommended by Mr Moss.
