METHOD FOUND FOR DRYING WHEAT
(Received 11.0 a.m.) OTTAWA, September 24. After two years' investigation the National Research Council announces that tough and damp wheat can be dried without injury to its milling and baking qualities. One hundred and eighty degrees Fahrenheit is the maximum safe temperature for drying the air where the grain enters. — Australian Press Assn.,' Sun Service.
