NE TEMERE BILL.
NEW LEGISLATIVE COUNCILLORS. TO PUT IT THROUGH. SYDNEY, Oct. 27. During the forthcoming recess of the State Parliament the Government will make new appointments, probably seven altogether, to the Legislative Council. The short session, in which the Ne Temere Bill will be reintroduced, will be held in the last week of January or early in February.
