ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of shareholders of the Te Popo Co-operative Dairy Co. was held on Saturday. There was a representative attendance of members, including the following directors, Messrs A. W. Budge (chairman), <G. C. Knox, M. M. Knox, J. T. Oldridge. Mr Bagont (director) wrote apologising for his absence owing to indisposition. The report and balance, n« circulated, was adopted. :•'• The report recorded another successful season. A tribute was paid by several piesent on the good work of the manager, his services being generally appreciated. At the close, on the moticn of Mr M. M. Knox, a heavy vote of hearty vote of thanks was aecorded to Mr Budge as chairman, and to the secretary (Mr Penn) and staff. This was carried unanimously. At a 'Subsequent meeting of directors Mr A. W. Budce was unanimously elected chairman of the oampaiiy for tbe pnsung year.
