TELEPHONES. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchureh, Dunediu, luvccargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerstou North, and Wailganui are open all day and all night. The other Exchanges cliiefiy from 9 a.m. and 5 p.m money orders, plus telegraph charge annual charge of £5.
