COAL SHED DESTROYED
The Invercargill Fire Brigade was called out at 1.5 o’clock yesterday morning to a fire in a detached wash-house and coal shed at 6 Ayre street. The fire had a good hold when the brigade arrived and the coal shed was destroyed and the wash-house severely damaged. The buildings were owned by Mr Otto Brown.
