SICK AND WOUNDED FUND Additional donations to the Sick and Wounded Fund are acknowledged as follows:
The links were on the heavy side for the playing of the bogey match and no good scores were registered. Miss Simpson who played an excellent first round, was only one down on The Colonel at the ninth hole, but did not play so well in the second round, finishing seven down on the day’s play. The next best scores were by Mrs M. Campbell, nine down, and Mrs Dunbar, Miss Milne and Mrs Scott, each 11 down. The June medal match resulted in a tie betyeen Miss Campbell, 101-21-80, and Miss McLaughlan, 103-23-80. In this match scores were also high and not up to the usual medal standard.
