TODAY’S RECIPE
RABBIT TARTLETS 1 cup thick white sauce. 4oz cooked rabbit. 4oz cooked ham. Salt and pepper. iib short pastry. 1 egg. Make the sauce and add the minced rabbit and ham. Season to taste. Roll out pastry, line greased patty pans with it and fill with the rabbit mixture. Moisten the edges with beaten egg, press on pastry lids, brush over with egg, and bake in hot oven 15 minutes.
