TODAY’S RECIPE
ITALIAN EGGS AND ONIONS 4 small to medium sized onions. 1 cup medium white sauce. 4 eggs. Pepper and salt. 1 cup grated cheese. Cook onions till tender. Place in greased casserole dish and cover with white sauce. Break eggs and place between onions. Sprinkle surface with grated cheese and bake in oven 400 degrees F. till eggs are set. SARAH.
