RHUBARB, ORANGE AND LEMON JAM 5 pounds rhubarb. 5 pounds oranges. 5 pounds sugar. 3 pounds lemons. Mince oranges and lemons. Cover with water and leave overnight. To each cup oj this mixture allow one cup of sugar. Wash rhubarb, cut into one-inch, pieces, and place in preserving pan with the orange, lemon and water mixture. Bring to the boil. Then add five pounds sugar plus the sugar weighed out to each cup of the orange, lemon and water mixture. Boil. till test is given. Seal in sterilized jars. Label and store.
