FLYING-BOAT’S VISIT TO AUSTRALIA
FLIGHT TO NEW ZEALAND AFTER CHRISTMAS (Received December 9, 10.40 p.m.) SYDNEY, December 9. According to advice received in Sydney the Imperial Airways flying-boat Centaurus is due at Darwin on December 17 to begin its survey of possible bases for the air mail service. It will arrive at Sydney on December 24, after which it will visit New Zealand.
