FRENCH AIRWOMEN SEEK RECORD
FLIGHT TO PONDICHERRY (Received April 23, 12.5 a.m.) PARIS, April 22. Two airwomen, Mme Clare Roman and Mlle. Lucas Naudin, took off from Le Bourget in a small monoplane to attempt a new record to Pondichery (French India). They intend to fly through Rome, Damascus and Karachi.
