MR JUSTICE PAGE TO BE RELIEVED (United Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, April 5. Because of the illness of Mr Justice Page and the number of appointments outstanding for cases to be heard in the Arbitration Court it has been found necessary to make a temporary appointment to relieve the position. The Governor-General (Lord Galway) today signed a warrant for the temporary appointment of Mr Justice Northcroft and, from tomorrow, he will be acting judge of the Arbitration Court as well as a judge of the Supreme Court. '
