BELGIAN FASCIST DEFIANCE

RALLY AS A REPLY TO DENUNCIATION (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 11.35 p.m.) Brussels, October 20. The Rexist (Fascist) Party replied to the speech by the Foreign Minister (M. Paul Spaak) by announcing that a great Rexist demonstration would be held at Brussels on October 25. “Forty-six special trains will bring Rexists to Brussels from all parts of the country,” declares the announcement. M. Spaak announced on Sunday that the Belgian Government was planning a big campaign against the Rexist Party, which he declared had no programme. Its aim was the winning of power without delay and the establishment of a totalitarian State under the dictatorship of its leader, M. Leon Degrelle, said M. Spaak. The country's middle groups must organize to defend their liberties.
