RICH NIZAM’S SCHEME. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 6.40 p.m.) London, August 10. The Daily Telegraph says that the Nizam of Hyderabad, one of the richest men in the world, has launched a broadcasting scheme costing £lOO,OOO bringing the “voice from the sky” to 19,000 villages in his State, transmitted from three stations in three languages.
