REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE.

The Exchequer returns for the current financial year to June 8, show that the total ordinary revenue, excluding self-balancing items, amounts to £lOO,370,837 compared with £100,280,152 at the corresponding date last year. The total expenditure exclusive of selfbalancing items, amounted to £154,093,928, compared with £148,385,517.
