SECESSION NEGOTIATIONS.

The Western Australian secessionists are negotiating with Mr J. H- Thomas with a view to securing a Parliamentary decision on their petition at the earliest possible moment. Mr H. K. Watson said the delegates were of the opinion that if the petition was rejected it should be on the Government’s responsibility.
