SCOTTISH FAIR
WELL-ATTENDED MEETING. A well attended meeting of the Scottish Fair Committee was held last night in the organizer’s room when Mr J. W. Smith presided. The stall-holders reported that matters were running smoothly and that they were receiving excellent support. The dates of the carnival were fixed for June 26 to 29. It was decided to hold a baking competition on the Saturday afternoon. A baby competition will be held on the same afternoon, and to-morrow night an old timers’ concert will be given by the Old Timers Concert Party.
