bill defining liabilities. (United Press" Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, June 5. The House of Lords, without a division, read a second time a Bill relating to the liabilities of husbands and the capacity of the property liabilities of married women. The Bill provides that a married woman is answerable for her own liabilities and contracts in torts as though unmarried.
