(United Press Assn,— Telegraph Copyright.) Ottawa, June 5. The tariff changes announced in the last Budget were enacted into legislation when a Government Bill was passed in the House of Commons. The Finance Minister stated that any reciprocity agreement with the United States would be ratified by Parhament.
