MORTGAGE BILL
PROTEST SUPPORTED. (Per United Press Association.) Palmerston North, February 18. The Chamber of Commerce to-night decided to support the Associated Chambers’ protest against the Mortgage Corporation Bill. The view was expressed of a greater hope for settling private mortgages and with more equity, along present lines.
