MELBOURNE’S SHRINE
DEDICATION ON SUNDAY. (United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 10.30 p.m.) Melbourne, Nov. 8. Preparations have been made for the accommodation of 400,000 at the ceremony of the dedication of the Shrine of Remembrance on Sunday. It is expected that 25,000 ex-soldiers will march in a procession. Thirty-two loudspeakers will be distributed among the crowd to ensure that all hear the proceedings.
