REPAIRS TO CHIMNEYS. COST IN PALMERSTON NORTH. (Per United Press Association.) Palmerston North, April G. It now appears that the total repair bill for chimneys damaged in the midnight earthquake on March 5 will exceed £5OOO. Notifications have been received by the City Council of repairs covering 850 dwellings, involving £2OOO.
