IRISH FREE STATE
AMERICAN LOAN BEING REPAID. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) London, December 21. The Irish Free State announces a plan for the repayment of the balance of the American loan of £1,000,000 raised during the troubles of 1918-20 by paying 1| dollars for every dollar subscribed less the amount already paid. A Bill is being introduced into the Dail.
