FURTHER PURCHASES
PLANES FOR AERO CLUBS. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, November 3. It was announced by the Minister of Defence to-day in replying to a deputation from the New Zealand Aero Club that the Government intends to pur- . chase three aeroplanes for aero clubs and provide subsidies for the training of 100 aero club pilots this year. The effect of this will be an increase of ten pilots as compared with the number of subsidized pilots last year.
