ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS. ' I (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, November 3. A Gazette to-night contains notice concerning the celebration of Armistice Day on November 11 and requesting citizens and traffic control authorities to observe a two minutes’ silence from 11 a.m. and the suspension of all vehicular traffic during that period.
