NEW REGULATIONS
UNEMPLOYMENT IN ITALY. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 9.45 p.m.) Rome, November 2. Under the new unemployment regulations the number of women engaged in clerical' work in offices must be reduced and replaced by men. Persons in receipt of private means, however small, must be superseded. Overtime is barred.
